Summer in Fort Bragg comes to an end with some great successes; this year’s Paul Bunyan Days has been called the biggest and best yet and Fort Bragg has received prominent attention from magazines such as Coastal Living, Sunset and Dog Fancy for being a great place to visit and bring your pet along.

The first rains of Fall signal a new season bringing new festivities and opportunities to highlight the best of Fort Bragg. As the mushrooms begin to pop up in the woods and grape-crushing is in full-swing, the Wine & Mushroom Festival is gearing up to celebrate these local delicacies with everything from mushroom dinners, wine & beer-pairing workshops, guided mushroom foraging walks and more.

In the spirit of the festival, we want to feature local culinary expertise on fortbragg.com. We invite local chefs to showcase your original recipes, plus a recommended wine pairing if you like. We will feature your recipes on our website, blog and Facebook page and share them with thousands of viewers! Everyone is invited to submit.

Please submit recipes to promotion@fortbragg.com and include a picture if possible.
