Captivated by the Mendocino mood, artists from everywhere have come here to live and work. Is candymaking an art? We think so, and take special pride in creating artful hand-made confections as beautiful to see as they are to taste. All of our customers are friends. Some we've met only by mail or by phone, but we'd love to meet you in person. Everyone loves to visit the Mendocino coast. Stop in at our shop in nearby Fort Bragg, a lively fisherman's and logger's town famous for its old-time "Skunk Train". Also visit our new shop in Mendocino.
Mendocino Chocolate Company's Fort Bragg store is located at 232 N Main Street (in the Bank of America building) and offers a selection of fine hand-made chocolates and gifts. The Truffles are works of art that look too good to eat . . . but we dare you not to. Originals include all things chewy and nutty. For the purist, we have many fun solid chocolates including trains, whales, ’57 Chevy, lighthouses and seashells. Fresh Fudge comes in several varieties. Even the selection of sugar-free confections beats all. Last, but certainly not least, our five varieties of Toffee are “possibly the best toffee I've ever had including your grandma's top secret recipe” according to our customers. We also have excellent Fudge Sauces and salt-water Taffy. Take home a game of Chocolatopoly or Oceanopoly or an apron with a sassy chocolate saying on it. We have bistro mugs, tins for the kids and a variety of t-shirts.
Stop by our Fort Bragg store (232 N Main Street in the Bank of America building) 10-5:30 every day or our new Mendocino store (10466 Lansing Street across from the firehouse) 11-5:30 every day. Call 707-964-8800 or visit our website at www.mendocino-chocolate.com.
We’re a small local family-owned business who really appreciates your business.
