Some ducks have to race in the wind and rain – these lucky ducks get to compete in an indoor lazy river… the C.V. Starr’s lazy river to be exact.
The Rubber Duck races are part of the Easter fun this weekend in Fort Bragg. The Kiwanis Club hosts their annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 3, 10:00 am on the Redwood Elementary School Track.
Park next door at the C.V. Starr Community Center, 300 S. Lincoln, and you’ll be ready for the duck races, and prize giveaways, inside following the Egg Hunt. It’s free and open to children of all ages.
Later the same day, there’s an Easter Egg Hunt in the pool! Dive in and hunt for eggs, prizes and more giveaways. All swim levels are invited, although kids 7 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Facility admission fees apply.
