Shared kitchens — where a bunch of small businesses share commercial space to create great local products — is not a new concept. What’s surprising, however, is just how many companies are doing well by sharing resources and keeping costs down while creating great products.  It’s the American Way, isn’t it?

If you are in Fort Bragg for a visit or a local interested in happenings close to home, consider stopping by Chubby’s Shared-Use Kitchen November 2, from 5-8pm at 890-B Franklin Street, next to Sew & Sew Fabrics, for an open house.

Showcased will be Bollivar’s, Wicked Bonbon, Pacific Preserves, Rising Tide Sea Vegetables and Fuller’s Fine Herbs.

There will be raffle prizes you can eat, from tasty Sea Veggies to bonbons.
