We all know that the entire month of December is going to fly by with a host of local activities, including delicious dining opportunities. All of our local restaurants are decorating with holiday finery and preparing special menus throughout the month. A Blue Collar Winemaker Dinner on December 12 at Cucina Verona features a threecourse menu for just $18 to pair with Seebass Family Wines at $6 per glass. Looks like an economical way to enjoy some holiday revelry and great food. Many of our local restaurants will be open on Christmas Eve, including Cucina Verona, Cafe One, Eggheads Restaurant, Laurel Deli, Home Style Cafe, Takas Japanese, and Silvers at the Wharf. Christmas Day both Cucina Verona and Takas will be open in Fort Bragg. Restaurants in Mendocino, Little River, Albion, and Westport are also open either on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. The Mendocino Coast Chamber of Commerce has a list of holiday restaurant openings along the coast from Westport to Albion River. For Details: Click here
